:Refunds policy.

M&A collectables offer a money back guarantee for any item you are not completely satisfied with.  Returns must be completed within 14 days of raising the issue. 

Unfortunately If you do not contact us within 28 days of purchase you may not be able to receive a refund.To return an item by post, please advise postage methods used and a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment once the item is received.

We will pay for the return postage only if the product was faulty and has been agreed in advance otherwise you are responsible for the full return postage.

We do not offer refunds on pierced earrings or body piercing in the interest of hygiene.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return postage costs (using the original form of posting) of any items cancelled whilst in shipment.
