Collection only Caerleon nr Newport Gwent. 

Bought from local auction never fired up so sold as untested, but all relevant parts seem to be there. Is missing its shade but has the funnel. Both wick wheels  move but are a little stiff. There are signs of Verdigris deposits on various parts of the lamp. I personally like its old patina, but if you want it for home decoration the brass could be cleaned to bring back to it former glory.  See photos to make your own assessment of condition.
