Lovely looking ceiling light but being sold as NON WORKING UNTESTED. It does appear to have all the electrical cables, but I feel it will need some modification to the bell housing end for attachment to the ceiling. I'm sure a qualified electrician can solve these minor issues. In my opinion this light would compliment any home decor. In used condition, see photos to make your own assessment of condition.
