Do not know anything about old vintage car lamps. This item was bought at an auction and I was informed and on receipt as w/o (working order) but as I can't test it will sell as NON Working and for parts. On the bottom of the light is marked 5FT, Patented M3. Please see the photos as I don't know if missing any parts, as what is on photos is what you get.
In used condition with some wear to the chrome consistent to its age and use
