This is a stunning box with colourful lid showing a young girl looking at a butterfly. The lid is front opening and is held in place by a chain. I feel a new chain has been attached. The outside of the box is of glass material and what appears to a coloured tinge finish. Inside of box the base is of a mirror finish, underneath it also has 4 small feet for stability.In my opinion this is a lovely little box that could be used for multiple functions, and is of vintage age and possibly could border on antique but cannot be sure. In used condition with some wear and sticker marks consistent to its age and use. See photos to make your own assessment of condition.
